To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@norfolksocks.ca with your order number and a description of the item(s) you wish to return.
Returns & Exchanges
You can initiate a return or exchange for your unworn item within 30 days of your delivery date.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
An order confirmation/receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
All returned items are manually inspected before a refund is approved. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment only.
There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet after receiving the confirmation that it has been processed, please contact your credit card company, it takes several business days before the refund is officially posted.
If you have checked with your bank and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@norfolksocks.ca.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, sale items are final sale.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping items valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
