Our lifetime warranty guarantees that the sock will be functional and free of any premature wear under normal use (example: hole, dropped stitch, etc.).
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from regular daily use. All socks will naturally wear down over time depending on how often they’re worn, washed, and the conditions they’re used in. Normal wear happens in high-friction areas and is different for everyone (example: ball of the foot, heel area, big toe...).
We also guarantee our product recommendations. If a purchase made based on our advice doesn’t meet your needs, you can return it for an exchange, refund, or credit valid on our website.
